I’ll try making this as short as possible, however I would also like this pardon to be as informative as possible.
I was banned a few months ago due to keylogging activities and lying. This keylogging stuff got spotted already in the end of 2010 (by Firez as far as I remember). He had found this: http://screensnapr.com/e/XcPod8.jpg. I admitted I had done it (upon his PM), however I told him I was merely curious to what keylogging was and told him I had never used it on another person. This was not true, and I’ve honestly felt bad about it ever since. I therefore decided to delete everything from back then. I changed my e-mail and basically deleted everything related to my sketchy past. The way I spread the keylogger was with this youtube user: http://www.youtube.com/user/WeWillHackEverything. The video I uploaded to gain victims has been deleted a long time ago (you can check the video views and the videos; you cannot, however, check when the video got deleted, but check the last login date.) The victims I got (around 20 I think) all got infected and I must admit I stole some of their personal stuff. The video I had uploaded was related to Steam and I stole the victims steam accounts. I kept those steam accounts in 2 - 4 weeks, before selling them at Sythe. Most of the accounts were recovered however, but I admit I tried hard to get those accounts. I’ve tried to get in contact with the owners of the accounts, but with no luck. As this video got public (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9T-ZfIqAuGo) almost all of my personal accounts have been compromised, so I can no longer access the old e-mails containing their contact information.
The keylogging stopped already back in November/December 2010, as I felt bad for the victims. Since then I haven’t touched any of this, but the keylogger program continued to exist on their computers. It kept sending e-mails with all kinds of personal stuff (even a sythe user’s!); I was accused of keylogging this sythe user, but I would like to point out that it has not been intentional (as the e-mails continued to send themselves), and I have NOT tried to access this Sythe user’s account or any of his/her personal stuff (Check the IP’s if you wish - I don’t know the victims sythe user though). This, and Firez PM, was why I changed my e-mail and as time passed I forgot about this old e-mail.
I’ve been on the Staff as a market moderator for half a year without anything sketchy has happened. Not before the start of 2012. I had pretty much left this forum for a time being due to homework, exams, etc., so I did not notice my ban until a few days after I had actually been banned. I thought the ban was regarding something else and I started explaining a completely different case (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1344136; if you read this, you’ll also notice I’m lying about ever having used a keylogger). I realized what it was all about and basically just left the community - tried to forget about it. I couldn’t however and I’ve been visiting the site as a guest throughout these past months.
I think I’ve dedicated a lot of time to this community and I would be very depressed to leave this forum forever. I basically just want to dedicate some of my time to the community. I regret everything I have ever done; therefore I ask you for this pardon. I really hope none of this has had an influence on your trust to me, but if so, I completely understand it. Regarding the stolen steam accounts, I will gladly repay the stolen goods. As I’m writing this, I’m still trying to get their current contact information, but it is difficult, especially since it was 1½ year ago. I know being sorry doesn’t change anything, but I don’t think I’ve ever regretted something so bad in my entire life.
