Barrows pure?

I have an account that I just recently realized would make a great barrows pure. He currently has 90str, 75att, 71def, 82hp, 99mage, and 51 prayer. I was planning on getting str to 99, and also pray to at least 52. I was wondering if it would be a good idea for me to get my prayer higher then 52? Also, should I get my hp higher or leave it where its at?

 

95 prayer for turmoil I would consider almost mandatory. I would raise hp while getting 99 strength

 

I'd say go for turm if you can afford it, if not, get 99 strength and get 70 prayer along with piety. You'd be at a disadvantage to those with turmoil but it'll fun and potentially profitable nonetheless.

 

Thanks for the input guys. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to get 95 pray but hopefully it'll still workout for me!
