A few questions regarding cannons and range

I'm going to get 99 range. I have about 50m cash. Here are my current stats.




A few questions, much appreciated to those who answer

- At what level should I start using red chins to level range.
- Would using a cannon be an effective way of levelling?
- If so, how much would it cost approximately to cannon to the level required for chins
- If cannon is good, what training spots and equipment would you recommend
- How much money does it cost to level range to 99 from ??? with red chins

- If so, how much would it cost approximately to cannon to the level required for chins maybe 2-3m

I would start red chins at like maybe 85-90+ then from there to 99 it's like maybe 40m and on a side note I wouldn't recommend a cannon for leveling.
