Just tell me in what other ways you can get the disease besides having bin born with it.
By having unprotected sex with somebody who is HIV-positive, sharing needles, getting a blood transfusion from somebody who is HIV-positive, or your bodily fluids coming into any sort of contact with somebody else's.
You realize "protected sex" as you call it, doesn't protect against a single STD. It only prevents or attempts to prevent I should say because its success rate is no where near 100% from a woman getting pregnant.
The things you listed are very well ways to get. I hope you also mean by bodily fluids purely blood, because it is just about impossible from anything else.
Although those are ways, of all the cases of HIV or AIDs, well over 90% have gotten it through sex.
Therefore most people who DO have it, have only themselves to blame, for those who got it under other circumstances, I do feel sorry for them as it was a choice they couldn't make.

I still don't think this is the easiest. What about the millions of people who have H.I.V. or AIDS and don't know it or haven't been tested for it. If your method was going to be used EVERYONE would need to be tested and contained in one place until the tests have completed and the infected ones are slaughtered.
Actually, using a condom can protect against HIV. Also, when used correctly, the success rate for the birth control pill is around 98%.

Well it is possible if you believe in the Holocaust.
I dont think testing everybody would be to hard, but more getting the people who know that they have the disease to turn them selfs in.
But ofcourse the governments can find these peopel them selfs.
You know its like Holocaust were hitlers army suposenly started millions of man hunts and hunted down the jews one by one, and "suposenly" killed!
If you believe in that which I bet you do, then you would believe in this solution.
Hitler was not only targeting Jews and it is a lot easier when you go to a land where nearly everyone is jewish, next even if the person wasn't Jewish they could have still been killed anyway for not being other things Hitler considered was right. So it was just a all out extinction not just a select group. (Jews just got it the worst)
Nah I believe that any other than jews, gypsies, and perhaps black people were simply kicked out of the country or forced to work for him. The so called perfect race was something that we all know Hitler wasent him self but actully and nor was many of his generals. The only journal ever created from the meeting in nurnberg describes why they were specifically out after jews, which was because of the fact that in the jewish religion Jesus did not exist, and also because of the fact that jews did not respect him at all. Only gypsies, black and jews unaccepted according to the journal.
I dont remember the name of the meeting, but it is known as the most important meeting through the Nazi times, it was in that meeting that the punishment for jews, gypsies and black people were created.
All though I doubt any black people were ever in germany or even in europe at that time all this hapend. I also believe that the amount of jews killed were way less than what is being estimated in the west.
