This isn't exactly right. I didn't know you had to speak to a mod or anything before trying to recover my own money via an external service (PayPal) I didn't know I had to ask to get my money back for something that I don't have possienson of ( the runescape account) yes he did try and recover it but it took him until the late afternoon to even get back to me. I did nothing wrong to get that account locked at all. I asked him several times for a refund and he said that he had spent the money. That isn't my fault neither is the account being locked. Yes I asked paypal for a refund because I didn't exactly want my money out there when the account I paid for wasn't in my possienson. Yes he said he offered to help which he probably did try and recover the account for me but it took him forever and a day to reply but he was very quick to reply when I was paying him. To call me a liar is very unfair in my opinion. Being banned from here is also very unfair. He said we would solve this together. Well it wasn't solved was it so basically I have my money away as he said the account could be locked for IP changes yet I spoke to a member of your community. A trusted member and he said that doesn't happen. You'll probably just think it's all rubbish but what would you do if you had your money with someone else who didn't reply for hours?

 

Can you provide proof of your claims? Please provide what you can so I can look into this.

plus now you have your money and he has his account. not too much harm done in the end

 

This was solved awhile ago, he should be unbanned, not sure why he hasn't asked. Resolved in a group chat with the reporter around a week ago.
