A better argument against my ban

After speaking to dunworry and blade on Skype I've decided to re do my appeal to lift my ban and then ban the other guy. The other guy is distortion018 but I can't get his profile link as I can't log in to get it. Basically I believe he scammed me and then got me banned to cover it up! I have proof pictures and a video showing that when I went to recover the account that it came up with a random email account and that in the beginning distortion set my email as the accounts email. I believe he recovered it back. Yes I really didn't know you could charge back unless you asked and I know I'm in the wrong. So if like my ban lifted and then distortion investigated. To note in the group chat between me blade and dunworry and distortion he still hasn't replied to that group chat
