There will be an incalculable number of weighted trades occurring at the patch's drop. If JaGeX valued integrity, honesty, and fair play over membership-generated income, they'd never have hosted the FT/W referendum. The game has been taken in a new direction, and as the lack of mass-ban-JaGeX-news-feed-coverage ought to indicate, the developers have begun to shift emphasis.

There are too many variables, too many trades, and far too much monetary incentive for JaGeX to care.

You're thinking as if JaGeX has some NCIS-esque team sitting in some dark room waiting for you to make a move. There's simply too much for them to monitor all at once.

Worst come to worst, you can eventually recover a banned account, but I doubt it will ever come to that.
