Hey there, Ive been very busy.. And the guy is accusing me of scamming.

I was away! and he didnt give me a chance to send the day i was gonna send he claimed the money back so i stopped talking to him ,, He kept rushing me i did not scam this guy.
He was just not patience. I was very busy I dont think i deserve to be banned , I only started ignoring this guy when he claimed his money what the hell! I shouldnt be banned!
Please can my ban be lifted, It was his fault for claiming is money which i was worried about because I didnt know if the paypal was stolen?
