DO NOT TRUST, "Henry" knew him for around 3 months, Sent him $3 via paypal, Ignores me on msn saying "Afk taking care of nephew" Not giving me my upgrade or refund. I requested a refund but he refuses to as he says "He Can't for some reason"

 

You sent it as goods, then I asked i'll refund it to so you can send has gift
but sadly, I started sharing pp accounts with tony,

then when me/tony was selling upgrades, I didn't know how to use pp that well
so when i did refund i just sent them cash back, instead of doing issue refund

so after transfered all my cash tony, people who 'paid' for there upgrades decided to refund there cash leaving me with -$6.33 or something, after he sent theres still -$3.33, when i tried to refund it kept saying

"You cannot refund this payment right now because you do not have enough funds in your Paypal account. Please add and confirm a bank account to initiate this refund."


Plus he wouldn't give me details to apply it.

And I had to look after my 1 year old nephew, what am I suppose to do?
