99 Smithing worth it?

Hi,

I'm planning to train my Smtihing & Magic 99 whit superheating gold bars and wearing goldsmith gauntlets.

I need 46mil for this. And then i am 99 Smithing and 99 Magic.
I got 115mil in my bank.

So, is it worth it?

Not in the slightest, unless you want a impressive looking skill cape it's useless.

 

Not useful unless you actively dungeoneer, but I'm going to be doing the same thing a 99 is a 99.

I just did this. I'm 98 smith/magic right now. It helps a ton in dungoneering and helps you get on good teams. Definitely worth it.
Rsbots.net superheater script is what I used and it works great.

I currently have like 80 smithing. Is it worth it? Do you mean that financially or just with the heck with it. Because it's a pretty cool cape

 

I think its worth getting the cape thats what I was doing at least
looks pretty cool trimmed and respected cape as well especially f2p everyone follows you and shit x.x

 

Definately a nice 99. I prefer agility tho.

I heard alot of people talking about the autoheater, what is the best item to actually 'heat'? & How many EXP/H?

 

I think its definitely worth 46M. You will have 99 smithing and high mage if you superheat gold ore.

I give all people with smithing capes mad props, because its a rare skill that not too many people reach in their RuneScape life. So yeah, go for it. But if you dont think $35/42m is worth the respect, then don't do it
