I'd be willing to include the creation email on this. Any chance it will increase the price?

 

Adding the creation email won't so much add price but will potentially help with security concerns and improve your chances of finding a buyer.

When was it last botted and has it currently got a clean slate? Being that it's restricted by its combat stats for optional builds I'd say $30-50.

id say 30$ max due to the amount of accounts with these stats that have been botted and sold on

 

It's got a clean slate, last botted on about a year ago but I lost interest in OSRS for RS3
