99 Herblore on a 1 def pure?

id say herblore, and when the bow comes out id say either get it that day or dont get it at all cuze its gona be outragously expencive

 

I would personally save the money til the wilde/FT update comes out man.
I would say herblore because I plan on getting that cape on my pure as well, BUT only after I get a confirmation that extremes/overloads will be allowed in the new *old* wilderness and staking. If I can't use the extremes/overloads while fighting other players I would rather have the CON cape myself because others that have stated it are correct, it looks better and IMO its more prestigious and show-offy which I like.

Do what you want but being a pure you wouldn't be able to benefit from the herblore unless they allowed the high-level pots in pvp fites, and if I couldn't benefit from the herb cape, why not just show off with the con one?
