    I would say the better emote is prayer, but the better cape/skill is herblore..

    I'd say prayer. It is a cool white cape and emote is awesome. I have both of them but I still use Prayer.

    Are you just asking? Or are you planning on getting one of them? In usefulness, they're both great depending on what you're going to be doing. Imo, the Prayer emote is cooler, but the look of the Herb cape beats Prayer

    you could get 95 pray and 96 herblore for like 110% of what it should had cost to get one of the skills to 99..
