Oh also: Air staves have a relatively low xp/hr. It's like 150-200k if I remember correctly, but I'm not 100% sure.

I did 35m craft exp with battlestaffs, they are best method i think, and 200k/h is quite fast =)

I suppose battle staves are also good as many ppl are thinking of doing it but green d-hide bodys with sc needles (getting them only takes a day or two) is much faster. And you can make back the money faster then doing battle staves but the choice is yours

 

No.

The added time required for getting sc points does not make up for the boost in crafting xp gained doing dhide bodies. The difference is ~200k xp/hr = ~5 tools per hour. With a good non-combat sc clan, you'd do well to get 4 tools per hour.

Hence, battlestaves are the better option.

Not if you take into consideration the time spent obtaining sc points.

Hey, I'm aiming to get 99 Crafting.
The way I'm doing it takes longer, but you actually earn money from it.
You make flax into bowstring until lv 60. Then do the Shilo Village quest (I can do it for you, click my sig), you then have access to a bank and a very nearby furnace. Using this, make gold amulets until 99.
Summary: Bowstings until 60.
Gold Amulets until 99.
PROFIT

Or you can just do varrock 1 diary and use the furnace in edgeville? It's much closer + you have to pay entrance fee for Shilo furnace, no?

 

oh acutly thanks, ill try out the gold amulets, but @TGNxHarry how long would it take aproxx. just an estimate. nothing specific
