99 Cooking's Formal Appeal

I have been a member of sythe.org for a few months, and over that span of time I have done many trades, most of which went successfully. I can safely say that many people have had a positive experience dealing with me, and that people respected me as a trader. Now, I find myself banned for a pretty dumb reason in my opinion -- porn.
I think if people are responsible enough to navigate this site, and make decisions on their behalf, then why should porn be against the rules?
I think so long as it isn't a posted picture, or a hidden link, and that it is clearly stated that it is a pornography site that it should be allowable.
There are people with more showing in their signatures, or on the spam forums then what was shown on that site initially.
Thank you to whom it may concern, and I hope this appeal may have reversed your past decisions.
