99 cooking in a week! It's possible.

Hey sythe i made this uber epic find today while fletching. I noticed fletching really sucked because i was gonna go for 99 but I realized exp wise it would take forever. So i looked around and noticed that cooking lobsters gives you 120exp, wow! Then i noticed sharks give 210exp! AMAZING! I stopped fletching did family crest and now I'm typing this thread up to tell you all about this.

here is what I found...

74086 everything total 49.376 hours total!

It takes 1.05 seconds to cook a whole inv plus banking.
60/1.05 =57.142857
57.142857*28=1599.99999996
that's 1599 fish you can cook per hour!

I rounded down to 1500 to be realistic and i came up with those results up there.

I knew cooking was fast but i didn't know it was this fast!

btw: I gained 40k exp while writing this and a level !

 

99 cooking is the EASIEST skill to get. it's definetely the fastest, especially at rogues den =)

 

But isnt it possible for the fishes to get burnt?

 

You need to factor in the human element. Sooner or later, much likely to be later, you'll get bored, slow down, and then it goes from 49-53. Yes, this will happen, it has happened, and it will continue to happen. Good luck though.

 

the only problem is that when you dont have much cash like me... you can only buy a few lobbies/swordies at a time which can be annoying

 

Grats on figuring it out. 1 bot session = 99 cooking. I'm contemplating doing 1-99 by hand in 1 sitting this summer and recording it all to acquire e-fame.

 

He's using cooking gauntlets, which stops you burning certain fish earlier. He has chosen the correct levels for each fish to cook so he will not burn any. Also, you could do sharks from 94 - 95 and then rocktail until 99, that's what I did on my pure and I found it a lot faster.

I really doubt that. The first person who had 200m cook exp will be the most famous cook ever.

I did it in 6 days. It can be done in 1.5 or so, with wines (a friend of mine got 10m in one day with them).

 

it can be done whitn 46 hours doing wine

 

make wine or use the bake pie spell are faster methods than cooking fish... 95-99 with summer pies is like 450k an hr i think with decent mage xp.

Anyway, if you can do this in one week, then you should be commended. A cape is a cape no matter what anyone says. 13.1m xp is a lot of experience no matter what, and getting ~13m xp in one week is worthy of a huge back-pat

But did he factor in Burned Sharks? You burn them even at lvl 99
