You might be able to get away with buying the limestone bricks when the price falls (they are VERY erratic in price).

It will still cost upwards of 65m I believe though, so no, 25m wouldn't be a good budget to consider getting 99 construction.

 

It would take a few months. And it is way over 25m. I think around 50-75m with the limestone prices.

You keep posting these "99" schemes, but have never finished one... Try going for a smaller one mate. It's a good place to start.

 

I know, I'm just trying to find a GOOD still cape to do/find out more information on 99s so sorry about all the threads lol

Not going to make another 99 thread, I'll stick to this so:
Whats a good 99 you can get for a budget of 25-30M? (I don't mind doing buying/selling methods but as long as its a good 99 and dosen't take like a year lol)

 

Hmm... I think smithing would take around 30m making steel plates with SC hammers.

Agility is free. Thieving is free. Cooking and fletching, but they don't have good capes.

 

My friend has 92 construction and says he has spent OVER 45m.. still has 7 rough levels to go.. I'd give an estimate of.. 60-70m.

This last 99 thread till I done my 99 thieving (I promise!)

 

Agility cape is ownage, that's the best cape out of those 4.

Also Firecape is 4m with maples.

 

Firemaking = takes ages
