99 Attack & Defence - Need A Trainer

Ok so I am getting an account with 95 Attack & 94 Defence from a friend. I want to know how much it would cost to train them both to 99.

It has 99 strength also if that helps anything. Just hit me up with quotes as I know Melee is quite quick and easy to train. I just am too busy and I am trying to get a staker ready account before I start playing.
