    diabetes?

Why am I always thirsty, Everyday I drink 3-4 bottles of water and sometimes even 2 (1 quart) bottles of gatorade, the thirst is gone for like 3 minutes but then comes back. I keep waking up in the night because of the thirst is so annoying, and sometimes cause im hungry.

Is it diabetes or what? I am not fat, i dont think anyone in my family has.
I dont want to go to the doctor in fear that i may have it, i dont eat alot of sweets.

    diabetes?

I would recommend going to the doctor or going over it with your parents. It's best to get checked sooner than waiting for later. You never know, it could be you're just thirsty. I wish you the best.

    diabetes?

It sounds as if you could possibly have symptoms of type one diabetes - this is the kind that spontaneously appears in healthy people during childhood and early adulthood, not type 2 diabetes which is often caused by obesity and poor health.

It's manageable through sugar control and insulin injections, but you must go to a doctor as soon as possible.

    diabetes?

Buy a glucometer from any drugstore near you. They aren't very expensive (15 bucks about) and test your blood glucose level when you are feeling thirsty. Healthy BGL levels are between 90 and 120.
When you feel thirsty again drink some water and eat some peanut butter with crackers and see if that helps.

The average human being needs roughly 8-12 glasses of water per day. It may just be that your body is reminding you to regularly hydrate.

    Good luck

    Answer the following:
Do your feet get cold after physical activity?
    What is your diet?
    How often do you urinate?
What is your average blood pressure?

    diabetes?

To start off, stop drinking 1 quart of Gatorade. It isn't really to quench thirst when you're just randomly thirsty, but to replenish electrolytes as well as quench thirst after playing sports. The high amounts of sugar found in Gatorade also won't help if you have diabetes.

Also answer these, and go see your doctor, as well as talk to your parents.
