He charged back, therefore you have no obligation to give him anything if you win the cash.

I'll still ban him regardless, its on my to do list atm.

 

I had - $0.30, and they took it out of my transaction yesterday.

Paypal is eventually going to somehow fuck you over. Watch how one day, you'll get a letter in the mail, saying you're being sued by Paypal.
