I don't see why there's still a few people not banned but yet that other guy was just banned?
 
They were pardoned/reduced to temp ban (Fishy and Driveahonda). As for the guys on the second page, Sythe never got to checking it after that...

Contrary to popular belief, people who post in the spam forum, and more specifically, in the Perm Ban thread, do post elsewhere and get involved in trades.

^ Maybe he scammed someone? Thats possibly why he's banned and others are not.
