Selling Low combat with 600m+

Sorry this might be the wrong forum but i don't think this account would be appropriate on the other one because it has so much money on it. This was my test merchanting account and I made alot of money on it so i want to sell it. It is a low cb but if you ask me i can get up the Combat levels up to any level you want for a negotiable amount after you buy the acc. But you might not want to level up because it looks good to have all that money at a little level. The name is very rare so it most cost more because of that. Here is the screen shot.
