Well it's allowed but not looked to highly upon. To be honest I would just not do it. Besides why give them away when you can sell em?

you can give them out but you cannot require a vouch for it.

Main reason people dont like it is because in most cases they leave the account for a couple weeks, let the person train it etc and then take it back.

There nothing special just accounts i just dont play on anymore, i don't want to be stupid and sell accounts that i know people won't buy.
