Are they really as good as they claim to be? I have been thinking about getting one soon, but I am not sure if its truly as perfect as they say it is.

 

Aslong as you follow their requirements (8hrs a day), yes. Personally I use RSBots (as it's cheaper) and I run 10-12hrs a day on my main and 24/7 on my other accounts and have never been banned.

 

I have been using RSBot, I was just thinking of maybe upgrading to a premium bot.

 

I wouldn't suggest it unless you have an extra computer handy.

It takes over the mouse, therefor you cant use the computer at all while its running. Not to mention because of that you can only run one bot at a time.

If your going to do it, ONLY do it on HIGH value accounts.

 

RiD is the best at the expense of:
-Using your primary mouse
-Less bots
-1 developer
-Pay by hour & usually more expensive

So it's up to you.

 

You can run it on a virtual machine.

 

Most VPS's are also disabling java use. So your going to have to count in the extra cost of more expensive VPS's who are continueing with java use. It would work great if you just happened to have a laptop laying around or something.

Use RiD for your main, or another valuable account. It's really not worth it if you are starting a new account. Just use RSbots for everything else

 

Very good bot, but it does take control of your mouse.

I heard it cannot do all randoms, and it is a bit expensive.

 

A virtual machine is a free program that runs on your main computer. You can set up a virtual machine so the Bot DOES NOT use your mouse. You do not need to pay extra for that.

Also the bot can't currently do all randoms but the bot doesn't get stuck in them after updates like others do. RiD bots will automatically log out of a random. No one in the history of Runescape has been banned because they logged out during a random. They have been banned when the bots get stuck in them though.

Definitely not the cheapest but it's cheaper then buying a new account because yours got banned.

 

I can vouch for RiD bots. They are honestly one of the few bots that you can leave overnight, and wake up in the morning to find it still going..

It is worth it.
