I have been too lazy to appeal this but now i want to :)

Anyway I got banned on iDefender for ban evading
on my other acc ir3pulsive or irepulsive (forgot name)
WHICH I DIDNT RULE BREAK ON

sooo its a chain of bans
 
If you're banned on one account, you can't come back and make other accounts. Since you've broken a rule on one, the others become banned.
