Reason why I believe he is vading: His msn is "[email protected]" That's not his user name and he has 1 post so I would assume he is probably a ban evader from another account.

Thanks for reporting this to us, but I don't see any evidence (ie. IP similarity) to suggest that this person is a ban evader.
