Legacy is wrong, I wouldn't listen to him , You will be flagged . Which mean they will just be paying attention to your account and if you fail a random for example stay in a random event for hours on end then it will result in a ban, the way you get flagged is by doing one skill repetitively and not talking very often.

I don't have proof , But that's just what I've heard from my runescape friends. Also I've had a account that I botted 10k flax on later to receive a random every 10-15 mins, Stopped botting and after a week or two can't remember now they stopped coming.
