Should i keep it f2p? or get 50 att and make it a mauler?

Keep in mind i have 4m... and inf. amounts of cash.

First of all, you need some range. Range is needed especially when using r2h and mauls. Second, its only like 1 cb lvl between 50 and 40 attack when you are maxed with 99 str and range. Third, you need 13 prayer for ava, dt.... if you want to hybrid.
