Why do people say "Happy" Helloween, Considering Helloween is a Day of the dead Rising I can't see how that would make it Happy.

in a few hours im gonna be very busy lol. gonna volunteer at a haunted house, dress up as a scarecrow and sit on my front porch with a bowl of candy on my lap and a sign that says take one, when they grab more then one i shout at them "I SAID ONE!" then i gotta go to a halloween party with my fiance, then go to movie theater and watch paranormal activity 2. LONG NIGHT xD

Wrong? You're thinking of dia de los muertos which is basically a day of honoring, outsiders might think it's sad but it's really not for people that perform the rituals annually.
