Is there a way to buy it without money in game? My account got hacked out of about 500m cash, anyways its a long story. I'm pretty broke now (29m cash, some items blah blah). Is there a way to buy it with just real money? Please PM me.

No there isn't. You need Real Life money as well as in game trade. If a way existed, I would have multiple phat sets
