So as far as I know, I've heard many mods say that jagex can not view this site as it is against their rules? I was just going through the runescape pictures rules on sythe and came across this

2) If you post a thread with pictures of your account doing anything (regardless of what it is) you put yourself at significant risk of getting a ban. Jagex DOES monitor this forum; Sythe.org is not responsible if you are banned, muted, or reported.

Sythe.org is _not_ responsible if you get banned, muted or reported.

can someone make it bit more clear if jagex can view this website or not?

Sythe.org is the private property of its owner, and part of his TOS are that no persons affiliated with Jagex can view the forums. If they did, it would be considered trespassing and could have legal ramifications.

HOWEVER, no real reason to not be on the safe side and edit sensitive info from pics ; )

They aren't supposed to, but they can and probably do.

99% sure they do, I highly doubt they would miss a chance to see how many bans they can get in.

Why wouldn't they be able to? I'm sure if they don't do it at work, they do it at home.

[i noob killer i]

course they do . what a stupid question.
