I was wondering what is best place to train str with 70 attack and 70 defence in f2p. Also you could tell me the xp ratio / hour and what bot would be best to use within those monsters ty

 

kill giant spiders and set the teleport to varrock

 

spiders at level 3 barb village dungeon

 

yh spiders in f2p are good for your stats.. if u had 90+ str and a good defence level i would say cockroaches

 

Definitely the level 50 spiders on floor 3 of the safety dungeon place. If you can though, it's definitely recommended to get P2P and go to experiments or something better. Yeye.

i agree, spiders are a good option but kinda packed F2P So another good place might be lesser demons.
