recovering account

I am trying to recover a account that accountrs.com created and i bought. I have the first password,first recoveries,first membership info. All that. but when i try to submit lost password i get denied for creation details. I have a ip address that they use when they last logged in and i enter that. 220.178.42.42. does anyone know how i could get past this denied for creation details? does anyone know how to find the isp of this ip or anything that could help?

 

In extra info say "My old IP was 220.178.42.42" If you no what internet Provider they were using then that would also help. If your not orginal owner Its pretty hard...

Was the account scammed of you may I ask?

 

I bought the account from accountrs.com in may 09. and then recently they took the account back. i managed to recover it and recoreded there ip address. then it got locked and they unlocked it and now i cant recover it. i have sent like 15+ appeals and they always deny due to creation details. or they denied and they just say i didnt supply enough information.

 

If the account was locked the account normaly goes under a Ip watch thing that makes it even harder to recover. Have you tryed talking to accountrs.com or somthing like that? Im not sure if there is much more I can help with but good luck and try contacting the persons that sold it to you.

 

Yeah i try talking to them everyday and they claim they arnt recovering the account because they dont have the first membership info or recoveries or any other information. they also claim they have no information on the account. what if i use a proxy to a chinese ip address close to theres. would that maybe trick jagex into thinking its accountrs?

 

It might, but jagex arn't dumb... there onto all this kind of stuff, just keep trying diferent things intill hopfuly one day you get your account back.

 

i figured it was probably getting denied because im in the uk. so the account was created in china. then i was in the states in missouri and made him member and played him for almost a year. and now im in uk and im trying to recover the account from this uk ip. so it would make since that it appears to get getting hacked but im just in the military so i move around. i just sent a appeal from a proxy in the states if that dont work ill look for a china proxy and try that.

Yeah i know that they are in China. I was talking to them on live chat the other day and was getting rough with them and they told me there ip address and what they told me was what i captured on my account. But now they wont give me any information. They say there internet is cnc. which i googled and came up with china netcom but i amgonna go on live chat with them again.
