Not sure if I am allowed to do this since my ban dispute was recent, but figured its worth a shot since my ban seemed to have caused some reform in the rules. Plus its only been a week and I already miss the place : /

After my dispute was denied, I left and set up on powerbot, where I am currently residing. I have thus far in my week long stay there acquired 25 vouches for market trading. Even on there, I had mods asking me if I was "the real plznate from Sythe".

I don't say that to sound arrogant or cocky, but rather to point out that even though I am currently banned on Sythe, I continue honest trading habits. Even throughout the course of my ban, I remained apologetic, respectful, and held no grudges or demonstrated disdain towards Sythe or the staff. I know what I did was wrong. However, my defense is that I did in fact try to reconcile the issue by deleting the self vouches after I realized that they were a major violation on the Sythe rules. Outside of a stupid decision I made during my first few weeks, that is really the onlyblemish on an otherwise clean record of contributions to the site and honest trading.

I think my farewell thread speaks for itself on my contributions to Sythe.org. After being what I though to be perm banned, I requested if Finn would permit me to say a proper farewell (which he graciously allowed, still meant alot to me Finn, so thanks again for that). In it, is 5 pages of members essentially stating how I will be missed and that I was a contributing, active, and loyal member of Sythe.

Since being banned I have not ban evaded. I have not bad mouthed Sythe. I have not recovered accounts sold, or disputed paypal funds I have sent. I still continue to speak with Sythe members frequently, as well as conduct trades with many of them (proof can be found by reading through the most recent vouches in my vouch thread). I was even asked to OMM a party hat trade (I then told them that I was currently banned on Sythe and referred them to someone else). I have continued my standard market operations on other websites, and will continue to do so for the remainder of my 3 month temp if necessary.

If my pardon request is again denied, I will, same as before, harbor no resentment towards whoever makes the decision. Pen, I implore you to put aside whatever dislike of me you have (I still think it all resonated from that dumb brief argument we had in UE privates ages ago, which I infact apologized for). The fact that my ban caused such an uproar as to spark reformation of such a well established rule (perm ban for self vouching), it is obvious that the community values me as a participant on the site. I never scammed. I never acted maliciously towards anyone, and never did anything to damage Sythe. I honestly cringe thinking about it now, how such a stupid idea has come back to bite me after how much I have come to love the site. I TRULY regret doing it, however no amount of me trying to prove that will fix what I did as a brand new member on the site. Yes, I self vouched. Then I tried to correct my mistake, and spent the next 9 months becoming one of the most active and trusted users on the site.

Look through the amount of helpful posts I make in various sections. Glance over the trades I have MMed and ensured members were not scammed. The guides that I spent my own time on verifying for nothing in return. The constant scam/spam/evader reports I made in order to keep the market and the site safer. The intelligent posting and contributions to the UE team. My own money that I have donated to keep Sythe up and running. I CARE ABOUT THE WELL-BEING OF SYTHE.ORG! And I would willingly drop everything else on all other sites in order to return and continue to participate here on Sythe.

Hopefully my large list of contributions will be enough to merit a pardon for my dumb mistake I made. If such will be the case, I will GLEEFULLY be posting like a madman upon my unbanning.

And if I am not deemed worthy of a pardon, then I thank you for your time spent reading this, and wish you all the best until my return in 3 months. Also Richard, thank you for listening to the input of the community and deciding to apply it retroactively in certain cases. I know 3 months will be a long time, but if this pardon request is denied, then I still thank you for the second chance. My regards to all.

If it means anything, I'd trust Nate with anything.. I truly believe what he did was a honest mistake and wouldn't do anything malicious to another user, or site.

I'm tempted to leave the ban duration at 3 months, but given that you haven't tried to ban evade and have handled the situtation well, and given the obvious value you bring to the community I will reduce your ban to 1 month.

Approved: ban reduction to one month.
