Purple partyhat

Hey, I got an account with roughly 450m cash on it at the moment and around 50m in items. I've been growing really bored of RS lately so I sold all my god wars armor/barrows/claws etc. and one of the last things I want to do before I take a long break is get a partyhat.

Since i'm clawing to get it, the only one I really think I would have a chance at is purple. Starting with 450m cash, 50m in random items like a zamorak spear, barrows plate/legs, a whip and chaotic rapier, and a 138 account, what's the best way for me to work my way up to a purple. I really would prefer a somewhat better way than just the typical "PvM until you can afford it" response. I have like four hundred overloads, turmoil, and a yak but PvM gets boring to me after about 3 minutes.

 

If pvm is boring for you just try merchanting, with that amount of money you can easily make ~10M a day i guess, if not even more.

 

You already have enough to rwt for one but if you are looking to get one for ingame only, you will need to almost triple your money. The only efficient way I know to do that is through buyout merchanting.

 

Have you considered trying to G.E. snipe one? There are several free guides floating around out there if you need instruction.

 

Sell gold and do odd jobs on Sythe until you've acquired ~$80-95, then simply buy one from the Item Exchange market here on Sythe.
