State your Sythe name: Unb4nn3d

State why you were banned: Ban Evasion - slipally

State why ban was unwarranted:
I was banned for an issue that was resolved over 3 years ago, as I was tied together with a public IP - The Logan County District Library.
Please look here for resolution: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=477538

State the moderator who banned you (if known): Badger191

Additional information goes here and in subsequent bullet points
This case is not serious as it has previously been resolved, whereas additional information is not needed.

Yeah, I remember this whole thing happening at the time. I've unbanned you. If another moderator really insists that he remains banned, by all means go ahead.
