it would be pointless to leave a rune pker at "70" attack, the levels were pking and the levels will allways continue to raise until your 99... if you use a whip, and if ur going to use a scim theres no point of getting 60attack. And right now bh is only way of pking so from 70-77attack neither of those levels will keep u from getting into the same crater as having 70att
