    So

Wrong again sexy. Just like the staff here can determine what is what.. So can the president.

Also I don't "want" to seem smart. I let my actions play out for me.

    So

Maybe you guys need to re-write the rules, because you all seem to be banning people for things that aren't in the rules and all claiming the option to ban when you feel it necessary - so, re-write them?

Also, everything is a hierarchy >.> That doesn't mean it has to be a dictatorship with no real discipline or mentality.

    So

The President can't decide what is what; that's the point of checks and balances and the Separation of Powers.

    So

I've actually read many pages of it; if you actually knew anything about the bill and how legal writings work, you would realize that almost all extensive bills are this long. Emphasis on extensive.

Do you know what all the bill covers? Do you realize just how meticulous they must be in describing things as small as how the taxes will be implemented, over what time spans they will be implemented, and to whom they will be implemented, as well as the fines for those who do not opt into the health care?

    So

    <3

And you know this exactly, how? I have read more than 5% of it, and I can personally say that I guarantee more of it is about the taxes alone.

There are no 'riding bills' within this, and if you had actually read it or investigated further, rather than simply believe what a bunch of yours friends or the news told you, then you may seem semi-intelligent.

5% of 3,000 pages (though the bill is not actually quite that long, thanks for the hyperbole) is exactly 150 pages. The taxes, fines, and implementation of these will easily take at least 100 pages worth of legal jargon.

You must take into consideration how the bill deals with ALL of the following, plus HUNDREDS of other things:

    - How they will deal with current health care companies
    - How salaries of health care workers will be affected
    - How taxes are put into place
    - Who will be taxed and how much
    - The possible penalties for not paying the taxes or fines, IE: jail time
    - EVERYTHING that is covered by each plan
    - How abortion will be dealt with
    - How a public option will be offered, or denied, and why
    - Address things like pre-existing conditions and forcing approval of them

And much, much, much more. All of that right there is easily 500+ pages.

    So

sorry I didn't get anything from news are friends. You say 150 pages? You missed the other 2k+, you never touched on other things that were included that had nothing to do with health care. Same thing with that stem package, which was nothing but a blank check to the federal reserve bank.

Also, the bills were introduce, within 1 hour congress had to vote, no one can read and comprehend that much shit and 1 hour, so why would the congress jump to vote for it? unethical reasons.

    So

You seem to forget I just addressed one factor >.> Read the entire damn list below it, or did you skip half that post? Oh, you did.

Care to provide ANY evidence of the statements you're making? You seem to ignore the idea that we just passed a larger ban on stem-cell embryo research not a week ago.

    So

Just leave it, he has a bunch of random information based on nothing. I mean he straight up said that the president can override the constitution whenever he wants, and his source turned out to be made up.

    So

You must be kidding me. Read the entire post. I just said there are MANY other things it addresses that I DID NOT WRITE THERE.

The student loans was a separate bill passed at a similar time >.> You should really pay closer attention to the bills, because now you're simply lumping them together.

    So

He keeps making up fake information all over the forum that makes no sense, and I plan to shut him down wherever I can, because I have little tolerance for people who try to act smart and have no real intelligence.

I understand he may keep arguing for now, but as more and more people realize just how stupid he sounds, he may eventually have to start providing real proof for the things he says - or just not speak.

    So

Do us all a favor and go find some proof behind your statements. As I said, I have read much of the bill, and from your statements, I believe you have not read ANY of it.

Go find proof and come back then.
