Finn made that decision on his own, Heavenlord shouldn't even be questioned here, the idea of giving yourself a TWC for nothing is just... retarded, and could even be considered rank abuse. Staff don't share a mutual brain, we act with logic.

Having a TWC is not "cool" or "funny", just because it's a punishment rank does not mean it's something you can request for no reason. Further threads requesting TWC's without a valid reason will be infracted and locked.

It's pretty clear that granitmaul0 just wanted one for the hell of it. I suggest you clearly read the thread before making brazen assumptions.
