Help With Range Training!

Well i want to get my range up on my gmauler so i can range/gmaul when i make it p2p. He is currently 1 range and im looking for 70+. I looked around at guides but they seemed pretty outdated tbh.

Anyone kno the fastest way from 1-70 range in f2p?

I'd say train it to like 20 on monks or chickens or whatever suits you that's low lvl.

then 20-70 on lv 12 minotaurs in the stronghold of security.

the reason is they drop iron arrows, so you can just use iron arrows and food

 

Ahhh ok that sounds like a pretty good plan but minotaurs are always overpopulated so any other ideas?

 

cockroaches aren't too bad, but they tend to use alot of arrows :\

also there's a few different rooms to kill minotaurs in, not all of them are populated

 

Minotours are really good range training in f2p.. I suggest them for best xp
