Mining question.

Well I was thinking of getting 99 mining. I just got back into RS from 2 years ago and I'm not familiar to mining really.

75 Mining currently and will be using Rune picaxe

What should I mine? Looking for cash.

Where? I hear LCR is popular? Dunno.

Xp/hr? Do you think I could get 75-99 starting now and ending with the double xp weekend?

Playing legit btw.

 

Don't bother with mining when the xp bonus is greater than 1.5 during the double xp weekend. Better to use it on skills that normally cost ALOT of money. You wont be getting 75-99 unless you play for 50+ hours straight. Even then i doubt you can get level 99 due to the huge influx of skillers.

Afterwards feel free to mine. LRC is available to you after lvl 77 i believe. So before that, just mine iron at the dwarven mines using the new resource dungeon to bank. You can get 3 rocks to yourself on an empty world. Currently I'm averaging around 30K+ xp/hr at dwarven mines using 3 rocks. This will net you around 150k/hr

 

do iron or coal to 80 then go to LRC and do concentrated gold to 99

concentrated gold is just as easy as fishing, or mining rune ess.. and it's approx 45k xp an hour.

you can drop them if you'd like.. but you can also bank them at the deposit box just by the ropeclimb where u come in.

 

LRC is great once you hit 80, concentrated gold rocks are amazing. For now, I would suggest powermining iron until then.

 

LRC is great, but there have been moderators spotted in there. Not too safe.

the hell with the moderators just talk to them for like 10mins and they'll think you're legit for the rest of the day.

 

Deffo get 77 or 80 and then go to LRC
