What's the point of people hacking Xbox live accounts? Mine was hacked, what do they do with them?

hopefully yours didnt have a CC on it... they will buy a shitload of stuff, and you cant file a lawsuit on them because of some loophole in the ToS of XBL... happend to my friend

 

As took too long said, they can buy everything they want on XBL which is then paid by whichever credit card is registered with the account. You should contact your bank and block your card, or dad's if that's the case, as soon as possible.

 

They're probably going to sell it or something. You never know how nerdy people can get nowadays, and some are even desperate.

 

It's all relative as to why someone would hack a RuneScape account or something similar. They can make money off it or just fuck with you.

 

to use ur microsoft points or credit card

 

If you were around in the Halo 2 days you'd know all abut this with cody and callmegod etc etc

They steal it, rack up the ms points and go to the next account.

 

This is why I own a PS3.

They used to hack people for the hell of it, trust me.

They were almost caught though.
