Locked Account- Help!

So my account was recently locked for the switching in IP adress's. Me and my friend both play on the account, and he goes up to his dad's, his uncle's and his mom's and play's. Those are 3 differant IP's along with mine that I play on. There should be someway to unlock it, there has to be.
Wondering any advice you guys would have to proove it's ours. We sent in one before and got denied and wondering what else to put.

To get an account locked usually you have to be sending in recovery appeals I thought? From different IP addresses. Can someone correct me.

Just continually send appeals in to get it unlocked.

 

That's what I'm wondering. I was doing a clue scroll and it just booted me out. The account was in full green zone no offences before either. It just went straight to locked. Which quite frankly really sucks.

Nah, I'm not. Not sure if I can find him, he hasn't been on sythe or msn for abit, I sent one more in, see if it works, if not I'll look harder into finding him.

someone must have sent an appeal for a hacked account and had your recovery questions

 

You are problay not going to be able to unlock it without the original owner.

If I was you I would try to find whoever sold you the account.

 

It will be difficult to unlock it. 99.99% you can't unlock it without the first password etc

 

I was in a situation like ours a few months ago. One of my accounts had been locked for some reason but I wasn't original owner. I must have sent in 15-20 appeals before it got unlocked. Just keep on sending in appeals. You will get it sooner or later.

Also, only send the appeals in from ONE IP.
