Multiple accounts?

I believe nintendo3ds and gamesboy2378 are the same person and making fake vouches.

Nintendos thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=888327
Gamesboys thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=872935

Now I believe since they're both selling 2 of the same accounts they are the same person giving a fake vouche also.
