[Request] Thread Layout

I want a thread layout for a service I'm starting on Sythe.

Width: 930px
Height will be however high it needs to be to fit everything.

I want it something kind of like the Sythe background. Have you guys seen that guy who keeps trying to buy Sythe accounts? He has a amazing thread layout (even though his services are against forum rules).

I want something that blends into the NextGen blue background in posts, but I also want it to have good light affects, and streaks of light, etc.

Colors can be blue, gold, red, silver, white..

Here's what I'd like it to say/look like:

Dialatic's Services

Hi, I am Dialatic. I am offering services for your Runescape accounts. I can goldfarm, and do quests for you. I do have strict rules, and if you don't follow them, I can refuse to do business with you.

Questing Services

Novice Quests are $1.50 ea
Intermediate Quests are $2.50 ea
Experienced Quests are $3.50 ea
Master Quests are $5.00 ea

You must have all of the items needed for the quest in your inventory or bank.

Goldfarming Services

1,000,000 is $1.25
5,000,000 is $5.50
10,000,000 is $10.00

You must start with at least 50k Runescape gold for me to do my goldfarming services for you.

Official Rules:

• You must post in this thread before I will start questing and/or goldfarming for you.
• You must start off with at least 50k cash for me to goldfarm for you (and membership).
• You must have all of the items needed for the quests (use RuneHQ to find the items).
• I will take many screenshots of all of our conversations, and if you scam me, I will report you.

If someone can make this for me, I will goldfarm a bit for you, or bot you in mining/firemaking for free. ^_^

Please let me know if you can. If you want cash, tell me how much.

EDIT: Something like this (http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t271/rozza15/pinshopexample.jpg) would be nice. But without the light blue color at the top, and better/nicer fonts (I like darker colors for backgrounds).
