What should i use? 80 atk 81 str 75 def 75 prayer 79 hp

If im not using prayer pots which one should i use? and would it be worth it to use prayer pots? (i'd mainly use for PVP/CW/Dueling arena)

 

don't use it in pvp, you'll die lol.
for duel arena and CW use elysian ofc

If you're not 90+ prayer, definitely ely. You'll get overwhelmed by your health and prayer dropping both quickly. It feels like they have double smite.
