I find it odd that some people are talking about how bad Runescape is and yet they take the time to read about Runescape stuff and are in the Runescape section. And for those saying they steal stuff... who the hell cares? Really? If they aren't allowed to have anything that looks like something else, they shouldn't be allowed to even have a game cuz the whole idea of dragons and castles and knights is "stolen" from old boardgames and fantasy, and history, and stories. Why don't you just quit raging and go play something that hasn't "stolen" ANYTHING from anything else. That should keep you busy finding a game like that.

-Dungeoneering > Party - No...You don't even need a party to do dungeons.
-Clan chat > Guild This doesn't even have anything to do with a Guild...There has been clans since Runescape has started, this was implemented to assist them. Not copying..
-RuneFest > Blizzcon - Just because you make an event for your game does not mean you are copying Blizzcon..
-Summoning > Hunter Class - How can you even compare these two? They are nothing a like.
-PVP worlds > PVP realms - Needed some kind of PvP, and just because they make a world PvP does not make it copying WoW..every game has one.
-Castlewars/Soul Wars > Battlegrounds - Are you an idiot? CastleWars came out before World of Warcraft even came out...Soul wars is simply a substitute for Pest Control Nothing like a BattleGround..
-Home teleport > Heartstone
-Lootshare > Rolling - Lootshare is also nothing like rolling. You can't pick what you want to get on Lootshare, it is random. Plus they added it so people can split drops since they can't with out the tradelimit.
-RS game cards > WoW game cards - Simply another way to pay for membership, almost every game has this...Not even close to copying..

Just because they work for one company, doesn't mean they are obliged to play that game all the time. Relate it to this:

A representative from the Coca Cola company works and deals with coke all day. Is it forbidden for him to drink Pepsi? No. They are humans, so yeah, they do get bored of games and want to switch as well. What's to say they aren't testing the differences between the game engines?
