I would recommend dagannoths with guthan and collect snaps, u get alot of them there.
Im training there myself atm.

 

The best (meaning fastest, I assume) is getting an SS, salve ammy(e), zerk ring (e), a warrior helm (for slash bonus), fury, zerker top, d boots, and barrows gloves, with the Stealing Creation legs, and training on armored zombies.

 

I think Soul Wars is supposed to be the most fun.
