I'm a cashier for a store, and tbh most of my coworkers i know, as do i, we do not really look at the picture itsself and stand there and try and match up, i enter in the DOB and if it clears, thats it.

 

I'm 17, look maybe 18, think a Fake ID Would work for me? Kid at my school sells them, and I really like beer.... MotherEAPSer, will you sell me some liquor?

 

Yea it will work. I'm 20 using my brother's ID who is 23. Confidence is key.

 

Do it, your over thinking it, just bring the alchol up, and if she asks for your id, just hand it to her, and how is she going to tell you "Thats not you" and if she does just say "..yes it is"

Basically I going to UAlbany one of the biggest party schools and cops are everywhere. I walked in like normal showed ID and undercover was like to cashier let me see that. I even had a debit card with my brothers anem and he didnt buy it.

I was caught using a fake id not caught with one like legit shop showed.

I don't think its worth the risk, waiting a couple months won't kill you would it? It would really suck to get caught when you were 20 and then get in a huge load of trouble when you were only that close away from buying it legally.

I have friends who are 15 and have fake IDs. It's very unlikely that a clerk or a doorman will take your fake ID and call the cops. If anything, they'll usually throw it at you and tell you to gtfo troll, lol.

But, if you do get your nuts busted... then you're fked.
I mean, it's a risk you're taking. You can serve prison time for it, unless your brother says you didn't steal it and it was given. Doubt he'll do that, though.

I personally find that 21 is way too old. I mean, you can get persecuted in court as an adult by the age of like 16, but you need to wait until 21 for some beer?

If anything, it should be like in France. 14 for wine, 16 for beer, 18 for hard stuff.
