Level 3 skiller

[Seabiscuit]

Since my brother is banned I will have to do this for myself.

I am looking to buy a level 3 skiller. I can give a main to swap for it. The money on the skiller does not matter, just levels.

Mining, Woodcutting, Runecrafting are my three favorite skills. I can pay through paypal in about 3 weeks or so. My main got hacked, and I have had it since the beginning :'(

Only way to contact me is through pm. I might get I.M sometime, but not a lot. [email protected]

Pic of the account I will swap. Has no recoveries or email
